2025 Youth Summer Orienteering Camp for students in schools years 5-8

What? A parent-led 3 day residential orienteering training camp at the start of the summer holidays, supported by Peninsula & Plains Orienteering Club (PAPO).

Who? All keen young orienteers, of any level/experience, up to school year 8.

When? Starting 9am Saturday 20 December, ending 2pm Monday 22 December.

Where? Spencer Beach Top10 Holiday camp, 20min north of Christchurch CBD

Cost? $160 per child for the weekend, including accommodation, food, coaching and maps. $50 per day for non-residential. Optional Adrenalin forest activity (high ropes course): $35 (min. height 140cm). 

When do I need to register by? Sunday 30th November, so we can finalise bookings.

Note: Children need to have a designated adult/carer at the camp with them, but if this is a challenge, please get in touch and we can support you with this. Adults attending are expected help out in some way, i.e. with transport, catering, coaching or as helpers on hand to support the camp in various ways.
