Haere mai! You’re invited to the Canterbury Schools Orienteering Festival 2022.

 Canterbury schools orienteering festival 2022 details     

Day 2 format: Find all the controls in order over a longer distance (1-5.5km). Punch the start and finish, and every control in numerical order on your course. Harder courses will have longer legs with more route finding and navigation.
Day 2 terrain: Pine Forest. Easier courses will use tracks through the forest, harder courses will have off-track controls.
Event area: The event will be based at Spencer Park and will use the surrounding forest.

Cost: $10 per child per day. Includes hire of a Sportident stick/dibber.
Start times: Your start time will be pre-allocated. Start times will be between 10.30am and 12:30pm.

Coaching opportunity: Training events will be held at different venues at 4pm on weekdays on the 4 weeks leading up to the event. See https://papo.org.nz/events/view/4091
